  • Usage Data: Features accessed, actions taken within the platform, transaction metadata (note: blockchain transactions themselves are public and not stored exclusively by us), and performance data.
  • Location Data: General geographic location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location data unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature that requires it.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity and improve your experience. See our Cookie Policy for detailed information.

1.3 Blockchain Data

When you use our wallet features, the blockchain addresses associated with your Queen One account, your transaction history on supported public blockchains, and your token balances are necessarily public information accessible by anyone on the respective blockchain networks. We may display, index, and analyze this public blockchain data to power platform features. This data exists independently of our systems on decentralized blockchain networks, and we cannot delete it from those networks.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including identity verification providers, blockchain analytics services (for compliance and fraud prevention purposes), and analytics partners. We handle such third-party information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our agreements with those third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process transactions you initiate and communicate with you about them.
  • Send you administrative communications, such as service updates, security alerts, and account-related notifications.
  • With your consent, send you marketing communications about Queen One products and features. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any such communication or adjusting your account settings.
  • Conduct compliance checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening as required by applicable law.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
  • Analyze usage patterns to understand how our Service is used and improve it.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to legal process, and enforce our agreements.
  • Personalize your experience, including showing you relevant content and features based on your usage history and preferences.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA and UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a Contract: Processing necessary to provide you with the Service you have requested, including account creation, transaction processing, and customer support.
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention, security, improving our services, and direct marketing to existing customers, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including financial services regulations requiring KYC/AML compliance.
  • Consent: Where we rely on consent (such as for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, identity verification, email delivery, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us and to maintain appropriate security measures.
  • Compliance and Legal Process: We may disclose your information to governmental authorities, law enforcement, or other third parties when required by applicable law, court order, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person, prevent fraud or abuse, or respond to a government request.
  • Business Transfers: If Queen One is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
  • Aggregated or De-identified Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, and other purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including financial record-keeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your personal information, we securely delete or anonymize it. Note that blockchain transaction data, by the nature of blockchain technology, cannot be deleted from the blockchain networks on which it is recorded.

Specifically, we retain account data for the duration of your account plus five (5) years after account closure to comply with applicable financial services regulations. Log data is typically retained for ninety (90) days unless required longer for security investigations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. If you believe your account security has been compromised, please contact us immediately at security@quennone.us.

We do not store your private keys or seed phrases. Your cryptographic keys are generated and held in your local wallet or hardware device. Queen One never has access to your private keys and cannot recover them if lost.
